Application procedure
Please fill out a separate application form for each year level.
Step 1
All applications for bookings can be made in writing by submitting the
online booking form. All correspondence will then be received by bookings@nudgeebeacheec.eq.edu.au.
Please call to discuss your needs on (07) 3267 7811 and staff will assist you to complete the form if required. We can personalise the learning for your class if you have a particular focus in mind. It is important to include all teachers’ names, email addresses, and class numbers on the application form.
Step 2
A confirmation will be emailed to you from the Centre.
Step 3
If you are satisfied with the date/s offered please let us know by reply email. If the dates are not suitable, please email or phone to negotiate an alternative date for your visit. GST is payable for non-state schools.
Step 4
You will be contacted prior to your visit to discuss curriculum intent, Workplace Health and Safety procedures and program delivery options.
Step 5
The school will be invoiced after your visit. For multiple bookings invoices will be sent upon the conclusion of the school’s visits. GST is charged to a non-state school. No GST is charged to a state school.
